Welcome to Cameraads.com. By using the Cameraads.com website (the “Website”), you accept these Terms of Use, which is a legally binding agreement between you and Cameraads.com. Therefore you should read it carefully.
Our Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how Cameraads.com may collect and use personal information about you on its Website. We respect your personal privacy and are committed to protecting it. By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy of Cameraads.com. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Cameraads.com Website and exit it immediately. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.
Your vehicle will be advertised in our magazine for 4 weeks, automatically. After 4 weeks, if you wish to renew your ad, we will gladly do so for an additional 4 weeks at no charge. RENEWING YOUR AD:It is the advertiser’s responsibility to notify our office WITHIN THE 4TH ISSUE in order to continue running the ad at no additional cost. If advertiser fails to call in to renew their ad within their fourth week, it will automatically fall out and repayment of the ad will then be needed in order to reinstate their ad. Renewals are accepted at the beginning of your fourth Thursday. The deadline to continue your ad is NO LATER than the following Monday at NOON. Calls placed after this time will not be accepted for renewal. Camera Ads reserves the right to change deadlines due to holidays. Payment in advance is required. Sorry, these ads are non-refundable, but you can cancel the ad as soon as your vehicle sells. 1 vehicle per ad. SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY. THIS OFFER IS RESERVED FOR PRIVATE PARTIES ONLY AND WILL NOT INCLUDE “WANT”, “PARTS” ADS OR “MISC. ITEMS” ADS. ADS NOT INCLUDED ON THE “RUN TIL IT SELLS” SPECIAL RUN FOR 4 WEEKS ONLY. CLASSIFIEDS ARE RESERVED FOR PRIVATE PARTIES ONLY & WILL NOT INCLUDE DEALERS OR PERSONS SELLING MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR CONTINUAL PROFIT. THIS WILL INCLUDE PERSONS WITHOUT A BUSINESS LICENSE. Camera Ads reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Read your ad in the first issue which your ad runs. CAMERA ADS will only be held responsible for errors reported about the first issue in which the ad runs. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure all information is correct by noon on the Monday before the second issue in which the ad runs. Camera Ads Suggests cancellation of active ads only when the sale is complete with cash in hand. Should the sale fall through payment is required to reinstate the ad. Changes to ad copy will be made at no charge, photo changes are $5, providing the change is made by noon on the Monday before the ad is to run. The management and staff of CAMERA ADS thank you for your patronage and cooperation. Photos become property of CAMERA ADS and are not returnable.
Any display ads generated & produced by CAMERA ADS, for use in this publication, remains the sole & exclusive property of CAMERA ADS, and may not be used, reproduced or copied in whole or part for any purpose without the prior express written consent of CAMERA ADS.
General
Cameraads.com may change these Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Website following our posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as modified. Camerads.com may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue the Website, or any portion of this website, at any time.
The material that appears on the Website is only for informational purposes. While we endeavor to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing a vehicle, boat, RV, motorcycle, or other products and merchandise which you discover on the Website, you should confirm with the seller any information (including the price) that is important to your purchasing decision. Cameraads.com has no responsibility for the acts or representations of any seller of vehicles, boats, RVs, motorcycles, or other products and merchandise that are advertised through the Website. Similarly, Cameraads.com does not make any representations or guarantees as to condition or performance of any such vehicles, boats, RVs, motorcycles, or other products and merchandise advertised through the Website.
Refunds
When a classified ad is placed Monday through Saturday, the ad will appear online at 12:00AM the following day. Once a classified ad is submitted there will be no credits or refunds given.
Buying and Selling Of Vehicles, Boats, RVs, Motorcycles, or Other Products and Merchandise
Cameraads.com is a listing and information service that brings together buyers and sellers of vehicles, boats, RVs, motorcycles, or other products and merchandise (a “Listed Item”). Information about a particular Listed Item is supplied by the seller, not by Cameraads.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on the Website often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle or other Listed Item. Though we hope that all who come to the Website will act honestly and fairly. Cameraads.com does not verify the information that sellers supply or guarantee the Listed Items. Similarly, the seller of the vehicle or other Listed Item looks solely to the buyer for performance on the buyer’s side, including return of any vehicle from a “test drive” and whether or not a check from a buyer will be honored by the bank. Buying and selling a vehicle or other Listed Item through the Website is no different than buying and selling a vehicle or any of the other Listed Items through a classified newspaper ad, and you should take the same precautions.
In order to offer a vehicle or other Listed Item for sale through the Website, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle or Listed Item at the price at which, and the terms on which, you’ve listed it for, and that you have possession of the actual vehicle or other Listed Item which is listed and the ability to transfer title to the same. To list a vehicle or other Listed Item for sale on the Website, sellers also are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle or other Listed Item on the Website nor may you promote any other website, product or service without our prior written consent.
Listings of vehicles for sale are not to be used to advertise more than one vehicle per ad purchased, regardless of ad duration. For this reason, you cannot edit your vehicle’s Year, Make, or Model once you’ve purchased your listing.
Responsibility for the information contained in each listing lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post. A seller will not be successful in selling a vehicle or other Listed Item through the Website if the listing contains inaccuracies and misleading statements concerning the Listed Item. Users’ confidence in listing information is extremely important to the Website and we want to insure that all listing information is accurate and not misleading and that all users of the Website are treated fairly and honestly. We invite you to bring to our attention any material on the Website that you believe to be inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material to legal@cameraads.com along with an explanation of why such material is inaccurate.
Though we cannot monitor every transaction that originates through a listing on the Website, we may perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer vehicles for sale over the Website are prepared to sell the Listed Item they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. By listing a Listed Item for sale in the Website, you agree to cooperate in these random quality assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, that a particular seller is engaging in “bait and switch” or other unfair or deceptive practices, Cameraads.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of the Website.
By placing an ad through our Website, you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your Listed Item sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information; listing fees are generally not refundable, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your Listed.
Our listings for vehicles may include vehicles that have been “certified” as meeting certain standards established by manufacturers and/or dealers in connection with their pre-owned vehicle programs. The decision to certify any particular vehicle is made by the certifying manufacturer or dealer, and the vehicle information is provided by the listing dealer. Neither Cameraads.com nor the manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of any information contained in a certified vehicle listing and only the manufacturer or dealer that certifies a vehicle is responsible for the decision to certify that vehicle. You should familiarize yourself with the terms of the applicable certification program before buying any certified vehicle. Ads purchased by private sellers through the Website may not refer to the vehicle as being “certified.” Our certified ads apply only to vehicles certified by the automobile manufacturers and are included in the Website from by dealers.
Third-Party Services
For your convenience, we make available a variety of links to other websites that we don’t operate where you can obtain automotive related products and services, vehicle valuation information, insurance, warranties, financing and inspection services. Although we encourage you to consult such websites, we cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. Cameraads.com is not responsible for the products or services these vendors provide. You agree that Cameraads.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.
For your convenience, we make available links to websites operated by automobile dealerships that list their cars on the Website. We are not responsible for any of the content that appears on these websites, including, without limitation, promotional contests and sweepstakes offers. We do not co-sponsor, operate, endorse or guarantee any advertiser sweepstakes or content offer that may be promoted from time to time on our website, or that may be accessible through a link from our website, and you release Cameraads.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your entry, participation or acceptance of any prize in any such sweepstakes or contest offer.

Cameraads.com is for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on the Website are the property of Cameraads.com or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, other copyright laws, and international conventions. Except as explicitly provided herein, you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on the Website. You may not store any significant portion of, nor distribute copies of, materials found on the Website, in any form (including electronic form) without prior our written permission. You may post listings, ratings, reviews, comments and other content, so long as the content is not false, misleading, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy rights, infringing of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to Cameraads.com or third parties. By submitting content to Cameraads.com you agree to abide by the terms of these Terms of Use and any rules or policies established by Cameraads.com for the area of our website in which you post your content.
By submitting listings, ratings, reviews, comments or other content to Cameraads.com, you represent and warrant that your submission does not contain any computer viruses, worms, or other damaging computer files or code and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights (including any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right) to the content that you submit. You further represent and warrant that the content is accurate, that the use of the content you submit does not violate these Terms of Use, any applicable laws or regulations or the intellectual property rights of any third parties and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You will indemnify and hold harmless Cameraads.com, its affiliates and service providers (and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives) from all claims, demands, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from content you submit. If you submit a vehicle rating and/or review, you represent that your submission is based on your own honest opinion, finding and/or experience, that you are not employed by the manufacturer of the Listed Item you are rating or writing about and that you have not received and will not receive any compensation for your submission.
By submitting any content to Cameraads.com, you are permanently granting to Cameraads.com and its affiliates, successors and licensees all rights to the material, including a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media without compensation to you, and to maintain the material in an archive.
Cameraads.com reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to delete, move, condense or edit any ads, ratings, reviews, content or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these Terms of Use. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private electronic messages that are not addressed to Cameraads.com. However, we may occasionally release information concerning such communications when release is appropriate to comply with law (including disclosure in response to a request from a law enforcement agency), to enforce these Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to the Website, our advertisers, or the public.
