I was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for and it came with just about every option that I was looking for as well! I live closer to Fresno area and I traveled to Bakersfield for this Lexus. So that should say something about the prices they have and the models they carry. Sure I could have gone with any Lexus at any dealership but this was a Certified PreOwned model and that adds an extra 2 years of warranty. Another reason I chose this Lexus dealership was they were able to finance me with Lexus Financial Services which got me an interest rate of 4.99! Thats lower than some banks and even some credit unions! This Lexus dealership was definitely up to par when it comes to matching Lexus luxury, free WiFi, snacks, water and even a nice waiting room where you can relax and wait for your car to be serviced! It was really nice to see my name on the board when I walked in, it shows there continued interest in making sure you are personally taken care of properly. I was initially helped by Issa but since it was his day off I was helped by Fernando, both were extremely nice guys and very helpful. Issa even called me on his day off to make sure I was receiving the information about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I definitely recommend you try Motor City Lexus of Bakersfield first when it comes to finding a Lexus or even other pre owned vehicles! They even had a RARE Lexus Is500 FSport! It is so nice! To top it all off, Fernando made sure that I was getting some key fob covers from their service department mailed to me! Thats a huge plus for me! Thanks again guys!

Motor City Bakersfield rocks. I visited several dealerships in the Central Valley with no positive results. Googled Bakersfield and found this automotive dealership with a salesperson (Franklin S.) that was as personable, friendly, kind and courteous person you old ever want to meet. Recent used car purchased. WOW! Jorge Rojas was exceptional. I will definitely be back. From the start of the purchase I contacted Jorge by phone and told him my situation. I am very busy and don't have all day. I ask if he could match or compete with the price of another dealer out of town. I gave him the price, year, model of the vehicle. Within and hour he responded and met their cost with a very competitive price. Jorge than prepped the paperwork and vehicle and contacted me when everything was ready. When I arrived I spent less than 1 hour driving the vehicle for final inspection and signing all documents and back home, WOW. Best customer service and friendly staff.
